In the 1970s, the former Zaoqiang County Agricultural Machinery Plant introduced the production technology of the gas pressure regulating products from Northern China Design Institute of China Municipal Engineering, and therefore the gas equipment manufacturing industry struck a root in Hebei. After more than 30 years of hard work, this place has developed into a large industrial cluster specializing in R&D and manufacturing of gas pressure regulating equipment in China, with the scale and yield ranking at the top of China, and has become a major supplier gathering place of the gas transmission and distribution.
Located in the South zone of Hengshui Chuang Xin Gang at Zaoqiang County and covering an area of 180mu, Hebei Ouyinuo Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. has built standard workshops and office buildings with a modern style. With a registered capital of RMB 50 million yuan, the Company has 270 employees, 73 of which have college degrees, 7 of which are senior engineers and 12 are engineers.
The Company also purchased some high-accuracy digital processing equipment, including a domestically most advanced CNC machining center, a turning milling machining center, a coring machine tool, a numerically controlled lathe, a veneer reeling machine, and a circular pipe intersecting line cutting machine.
Additionally, it manufactured the domestically-advanced high-,medium-and low-pressure regulator testing lines based on national standard design, for producing gas regulators (cabinet), gas pressure regulating devices, level-A pressure containers, and safety stop valves, especially products for LNG and CNG, which are very popular among users.
The Company provides services for nearly a hundred large and medium gas operating enterprises, including PetroChina, ENN Group, Sinopec, China Res Gas, Kunlun Gas, Xinjiang Guanghui, China City Natural Gas Investment Group, CNOOC, Town Gas China and China National Petroleum Corp. At present, obtaining the license for pressure pipeline elements manufacturing, the license for national industrial products manufacturing the license for pressure containers manufacturing, and the Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certificate, thus the Company has been equipped with complete production qualification and capacity.
The Company won the title of the national intellectual property demonstration enterprise and standards implementing enterprise in 2016 and was approved to be the national new high-tech enterprise in 2017, to focus on developing intelligent control gas devices.
